01 · Inspiration

The Brazilian Bombshell

While researching Brazilian culture, one image continually resurfaced: the iconic woman adorned with fruit atop her head. This figure traces back to Carmen Miranda, whose complex and often misunderstood legacy helped propel Latin identity into global pop culture. Despite the challenges she faced, her influence opened doors for Latin women in entertainment and beyond.

This collection pays homage to her spirit, reinterpreting her visual language through pattern and design.
